1 Week Freedom Board & Train

Description

This is a very popular program and is usually booked for 3+ months in advance, so please contact us for details. This is where you drop off your dog, and 1-week later you pick up a dog that can fully recall outside, off-leash, with distractions!

This 1-week Freedom program is our program which focuses on giving your dog the freedom to go to parks, beaches, and playgrounds to run and play freely; meanwhile, giving the owner the peace-of-mind that they will come back when called!

Place and Duration Place (Jump up and sit on an object you point to on command and stay there until released
Lifetime Warranty (free refreshers for the life of your dog)
NOTE: Lifetime warranty consists of one on one refresher lesson with your trainer at our facility to “refresh” on any of the guaranteed commands taught in the board and train as listed above. Any other issues (ex. aggressive behaviors, new commands or anything not related to the guaranteed commands listed above) is NOT covered by the warranty and would require paid lesson(s)
NOTE** If for any reason you request your dog to go home earlier than the required days of this program you risk voiding the lifetime warranty.

NOTE: Lifetime refreshers are for the life of the dog while in your care. If you transfer ownership of your dog to a new person, that new person must pay for a refresher/turnover to learn the proper techniques from one of our certified trainers. The cost to the new owner will be $200 for a dog that completed the 1 week board and train and $300 for a dog that completed the 2 week board and train.

After completion of the training, the owner will be provided with a 1.5-hour one-on-one session which will detail everything their companion does, how to handle them, and how to properly control them.

** THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR major behavioral issues such as dog aggression/people aggression during the 1-week board and train. If your dog has any environmental or social stresses then this program is not for you. Please check out our 2 week board and train
***NOTE: Dog MUST be potty trained to go potty outside and crate trained prior to arriving. If you need help with that we can give you training videos and guidance.
****NOTE: This program is generally 3 mos+ booked out and only requires a $450 deposit to hold the dates. Board & Trains are scheduled in order received but please allow about 3 business days to get next available dates for you.
*****NOTE: If your female dog is not spayed yet, It is recommended to have them spayed at least 3 weeks prior to training. If she goes into heat right before training or during training then the training will have to be rescheduled and/or she will have to be sent home. If you choose not to have your dog spayed prior to training it is at your own risk that if they can’t attend  or has to go home during training that the training will have to be re-scheduled and could potentially be 3-4 mos out. if any training has occurred prior to sending your dog home, then the remaining days can be rescheduled at a later date.  There will be NO refund for the training if either occur and the training and/or remaining days will be made up at the discretion of Off Leash K9 Training’s schedule. 

Please note our cancellation/reschedule policy:
Cancellation:
If you cancel 21 days or earlier prior to the scheduled board and train, then you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within 21 days then there is no refund.
Any other monies paid will be refunded in the event of a cancellation within the 21 days.
Balance is due on or before the drop off date unless you are financing, then first financing payment is due on or before the drop off date and balance to be paid in installments per the credit card authorization form.

Reschedule:
If you reschedule within the 21 days of your original date then you will be charged a reschedule fee as follows:
-If you reschedule prior to 21 days then no fee is charged
-If you reschedule 14-21 days prior to your scheduled date you will be charged $100 reschedule fee
-If you reschedule 7-13 days prior to your scheduled date you will be charged a $200 reschedule fee
-If you reschedule 1-6 days prior to your scheduled date you will be charged a $300 reschedule fee
NOTE: The reschedule fee is a charge over and above your contracted amount you paid for the program
